Restless toddler

I'm at a bit of a loss with my 19 month old. She's generally a decent sleeper, 7:30pm until about 6am but she gets quite restless in the night.
She has a 210ml milk bottle before bed still but has recently woke in the mornings with a wet stomach as her nappy has not been doing as it should.
I have an older boy and this never used to happen to him.
I suspect this may be why she gets a bit restless.

What do people do with nappies overnight?
Do people change them and try not to wake them part way through the night? Do you put them on in a certain way? Cut out the milk directly before bed?

Any ideas are welcome as she's still in our room at the moment but next week we are going to move her to her own room and I would like to try and cut out the running back and forth when she's restless.

TIA!

I would hypothesis that maybe her nappy doesn't fit right as my toddler is a dreadful and extremely restless sleeper who also wees a lot at night and never has this... Could it be too big/small? Is it worth trying pull ups if she's in standard nappies? Or a different brand?

Thanks for the idea.
The nappies are ALDIs 4+. The tabs meet in the middle so I assumed this was okay and the correct fit. Always used them and never had the issue until now.
Are pull-ups as absorbent? I always assumed they were thinner.

Nappy is too small is my hypothesis. My 19month (average girl) was

Clicked too soon. My now21 month has been wearing 5+ at night for ages! Also, buy cheapy nappies for the day but buy pampers for the night. I have never ever had a leak (even with crazy diarrhoea)

Ahh okay thanks. Never really thought of trying Pampers, I never saw any benefit from paying more as in the day I usually change her if she's wet or not regularly.
I'll pop out and get some Pampers tomorrow and let you know how I get on the day after.
Much appreciated!
