14 month regression?

Hi all

After sleep problems all the way around 12 months we moved our son into his own room and cot. We slept next to the cot for a few weeks and he got better. For some reason we reverted to getting him in with us after the first wake up around 11pm-1am, down to laziness and ease.

Now at 14 months he wakes up between 11-1:30, gets in with us and anytime between 1am-4:30am will have a very long wake period. He will be rolling everywhere, pushing his bum in the air, fidgeting, we did think it may be teething due to dribble but he doesn’t seem in pain. Is this a regression or have we once again got in bad habit?

I think it's bad habits.

Just have him in your bed from the outset, to encourage sleeping through.

Or have him in his in space, and keep him there.

You're currently being half-ass with both these. Pick a side. That's the problem.
