Nap advice for early wakings

My daughter is 6.5 months and for the last 3 weeks she's been waking at 5-5.30 am. I can occasionally get her back to sleep after a quick feed but normally she's up for the day. I'm never sure about what to do for her nap- her first wake window is around 2 hours so should I put her down for a nap at 7.30am or try and extend the wake window even if she gets overtired. She has 3 naps a day and bedtime is usually at 7-7.30pm.

Is she waking in the night? If not, I'd aim to move bedtime later because 10h overnight sleep would be a normal and expected amount. So to shift wake up you have to shift the whole day.

In terms of timing for fittest nap, I'd kerp the 2h. Stretch a bit if it's possible, but only if tolerated without baby getting over tired. I'd deal with an early wake by having a longer morning sleep, rather than longer awake first thing.

She sometimes wakes up once, other times sleeps through (I know I'm very lucky). I'll gradually try and shift bedtime later
