Looking for any ideas as to what to do..
Wee one is 11 months, generally been a goodish sleeper but it's terrible now and I'm struggling.

He's starred having split nights and I've no idea why, awake again tonight for probably about 3 hours before he'll fall back asleep.

Routine is up about 7/7:30, has 2 naps (about 1.5 hours total and bed for 7 - he consistently goes down at 7 and the way he is by then (clearly ready for bed) I don't think this can be extended. Eats well through the day so not hungry.

Any ideas? 😭

1.5h daytime sleep is very low for the age. The obvious reason us overtiredness. I'd be waiting 45m-1h15m morning nap and 2h-3h afternoon nap at that age.

You may also be dealing with molars cutting.

Do you have the wonder weeks app? I remember going through this at 11 months with my DD and according to wonder weeks she was in a leap. I think it lasted a few weeks and then one day it just stopped and went back to normal x
