Two year old sleep regression

Hi
my DD is 2 in a few weeks. She’s always been a good sleeper for the last year. Bed at eight and sleeping through until 7 or 8am. However, in the last few weeks, she’s been waking up screaming. This ends with her coming into our bed and trying to carry her back later when she’s sleeping.
This is happening every single night, and it’s disrupting our 9 month old as well.
she’s not unwell, her room and cot are comfortable. Anyone else come across this?

She's maybe a bit young for this as my eldest started doing it around 2.5 when she woke desperate for a wee and couldn't handle the sensation. Any other signs she's getting ready for potty training or are you trying to start it before she's showed she's ready?

Could be a phase of having bad dreams. Does she say anything when it happens? If you're all going back to sleep ok in your bed then I'd stick with doing that until it passes. Continue putting her in her own bed at the start of the night though.
