Hey,

My 9 month old usually would wake once a night for a bottle and go straight back to sleep till about 6am. The past 3 weeks have been a nightmare! She's been waking from 4-10 times a night and sometimes awake for 1-2 hours during the night. I'm starting to loose myself and struggling so much, I'm a single mum and don't get a break and it's all a bit too much. HELP! Is it sleep regression? Teething (I can see she has two new teeth coming and tried pretty much every product with no sense of help)? Separation anxiety? She never used to cry, now once I go in and settle her back down 10 mins later she's standing up at the end of the crib inconsolable again. This can happen 4 times within half hour! Is this just a phase?? Any advise?

When sleep was bad at this age for us it was definitely teething and developmental. None of the teething remedies worked for us, only nurofen and anbesol. Cosleeping for a brief time also worked, we didn't make it permanent but just for a few nights for comfort

Have you tried just scooping her into bed with you at the first peep? With a bit of luck she'll cuddle up and you can go back to sleep togetherness

I tried her in my bed last night when she wouldn't settle back down at 10pm and we did have a better night. No crying and only woke twice so I do feel better today. She was twitching a lot in her sleep too so wondered if she was having dreams, I just patted her bum and she went back off. Just don't want to get into a habit of her being in with me and then her expect it!! Been going on 3 weeks just hoping it's a phase and will change up again soon 🤞
