Sorry it’s another clocks going back thread!
Looking for some tips or advice please. DS is 10 months old. Is a great sleeper and sleeps through from 6:15pm until 5:30am. I don’t mind the 5:30am start as I have DS6 to get ready for school run and soon I will be getting ready to go back to work.
I anticipated the clocks going back might bugger him up a bit, I warned DH it might be more like 4:30am but every morning since they went back he has woken at up 3:30am, and it’s killing us! I’ve tried feeding back to sleep in his room, but he just won’t go back to sleep. He’s awake for the day!
I’m so confused. It’s not like he used to wake up at 4:30am and now it’s an hour earlier. It’s technically 2 hours.
Any advice please? Will he eventually settle back into his old routine of waking at 5:30am? How can I help him do that?
