I’m wondering if any experienced mommas could give me some much needed advice.

my daughters never been a good sleeper, we’re 7 months and she’s never woke up less than 3/4 times a night. Recently I’ve started sleep training, she is now getting really good at going to sleep without needing support, however it gets to 10pm (bedtimes 7) and she’s in such a light sleep and wakes up constantly - when I say constant I mean every few minutes, not crying particularly, just lying there and crying when it’s been a while. Last night it got to 2am and I bought her into my bed out of ease, after another hour she did settle But it doesn’t seem to make a difference as to where she is - we have co slept before it doesn’t seem to decrease wakeups just makes them easier. My question is why is she such a solid sleeper for naps and the first 3/4 hours of the night and then all goes to pot? And has anyone got any advice? I’m a single mum and have been since she was 8 weeks old, little family support so really need any advice I can get!
