My 21 month old has started to refuse her daytime naps and goes to bed around 6/6:30pm but I feel guilty that’s way to early.. she wakes up in the morning anywhere between 7-8am what’s your thoughts on this?

Enjoy it :)

My 25month goes to bed at 7.30 & wakes at 5, 5.30 if we’re lucky and needs a 30 /45 min nap daily.

My thought is jealously 😂😂
Honestly that's brilliant she sleeps till that time and goes to bed that early. Mine will refuse a nap or sometimes nap and goes to bed 8/830 and wakes at 5am. X

Kids her age need about 12 hours sleep some will want a bit more some will not manage as much... So what you're describing is great, very healthy in fact! So I'm not sure why you would feel guilty, please don't.
as long as when she's awake her needs are being met and she has the chance to develop her mental and physical abilities then all that sleep is laying down her growth and learning. Enjoy your evening!
