How to sleep train a 10 month old without crying.

Unfortunately I can't cope with the crying methods. Please teach me how to help my daughter sleep through the night. Currently on 2 naps per day. Time varies as they wake up so early, think 4 or 5am. First nap around 7.30/8 for an hour ish. And then next one at 12/12.30ish for an hour ish.

Uses a dummy. Put asleep in cot with a hand on face or on tummy and occasionally shushing. So fairly easy to get asleep but endless wakings. Waking every 45 mins so struggling to link sleep cycles. I'm broken. Haven't got the energy to read another parenting book to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Have a toddler who sleeps 12 hours a night so not complete failure but feel like one.

Please help, Tia.

White noise? It can help them join up their sleep cycles

How do you get her back to sleep when she wakes? If you shush/pat could you gradually reduce the time you're doing this....like a gradually retreat?
