10 week + 5 old baby sleeping through the night

Hello,

my LO is 10 weeks old + 5 days and has started sleeping around 8 hours a night without waking for a feed. She had around 6-8 feeds a day and is exclusively breastfed. She is gaining weight nicely (I think) but at our last weight check she had dropped ever so slightly of the centile. She was 7lb 7oz when born, 7lb 9oz at 3 weeks old, 9lb 12oz at 6 week old, 10lb 7oz at 9 week old and is now 10lb 14oz at 10 and a half week old. She is lovely and alert in the day time and seems really content. She does lots of regular wet nappies a day and poops once every 2-4 days which I’ve been told is normal for breastfed baby’s but I’m just worried that she isn’t getting enough food with coming off the centile line, as she’s dropped a line since being born and it’s making me worry. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I not worry if she’s gaining weight and seems happy?

I have a ten week old who is currently sleeping twelve hours without a feed. I asked the health visitor who said as long as weight gain was good and we had six wet nappies a day plus dirty ones then not to worry as long as she seemed well when she was awake.
