14 week old won't settle through night

I have a 14 week old baby girl who is generally very happy and naps well in arms or next to me on the sofa or in her car seat/pram in the day. We initially had lots of problems with reflux and her not being able to lay comfortably flat because of this but now have her reflux under control with formula and GP prescribed omeprezole which seemed to have helped for a while and she is also seeing an osteopath weekly.
However, over the past couple of weeks we've found it can take up to an hour to settle her down in her next to me cot at bed time and then from 3/4am every morning she seems to spend the whole time thrashing her head from side to side and murmuring as well as rubbing her face. She also slams her legs down in to the cot but we've placed a thin blanket over her legs at night which has stopped this.
She doesn't want milk as when we offer it she refuses but she'll happily go straight back off to peacefully sleep on us she just will not settle when we lay her back in her cot. I assume it's a form of self settling but it goes on for hours and she's so loud we're exhausted as we can't sleep through it.
Has anyone else had this same problem? Does anyone think it could be down to the next to me cot and how hard the mattress is in them?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated (Co-sleeping not an option for us)

i posted about this I think before, especially the leg banging around that time! It’s soo loud and woke me up! I tried the blanket over the top too which didn’t really work. If I remember correctly sometimes I would just lay my hand on them so they settled rather than picking up. I didn’t know whether it meant wind, discomfort etc but I think it was self settling or trying to. My boy is 8 months now but I think it stopped around 4 months, he hasn’t done it for a while. Hang in there!
