Baby sleep

wondering if anyone can offer any advice/tips?

my nearly 10 month old daughter does not sleep through the night and still wakes for feeds. I’ve tried pretty much everything to get her to sleep through except from weaning her off her night time bottles which I am thinking of doing next.

she eats 3 meals a day and absolutely loves her food. She has a 4oz bottle around 5:30 and goes to bed at 8:00 with a 6oz bottle. By 12pm/1am she will be awake and the only thing that will settle her is milk. Sometimes from here she’s awake every hour, sometimes she won’t wake for another bottle again until 4am if I'm lucky.

i know she’s not hungry it’s purely a comfort thing. Any advice please?

Thanks

There will be many different views out there but if it were me I would definitely bite the bullet - start sleep training and wean off night bottles ASAP so that bad habits don’t become further ingrained.

Have you done any sleep training before now? There are various theories but the key is responding consistently (e.g. only entering room at level X crying, not picking baby up, shying with hand on baby’s chest, leaving room after 30 seconds) until your baby learns to self settle and learns that you will not be coming in to see them for a cuddle/bottle.

I would also start sleeping. That is tough going on you. Has it been happening for long
