Morning,
So our 16mo has recently started nursery which has resulted in getting to bed later, prob about 30 mins later. Used to go to bed about 7.15pm then story then straight to sleep, now it’s closer to 7.45pm and he has now started waking up each morning between 5-5.45am when it used to be 6am on the dot. Least to say he is knackered most of the time as his naps have changed too due to the hustle and bustle of nursery so he’s really not getting enough sleep anymore.
Any suggestions on how to tweak his morning wake ups to to try and get him to have a little bit more sleep for his own sake?
