Is it a leap?

Hello! I just thought I'd ask to see if anyone had this too. My boy is now 10months old. Still breastfed. Night sleep still not great, wakes up at least 2-3 times. I feed him to sleep.

He had a period of ok sleep and then couple of weeks ago he started waking up even more and also early. He often wakes up not long after I put him back and I feel like crying as I just get back to bed and he starts again. He seems to want to sleep on/with me now. I have the wonder weeks book and it kinda coincides with the 7th leap and the thought of it being the reason keeps me sane. I am so tired...

What are your experiences?

It’s likely to be the feeding to sleep. I’d try and work on them falling asleep in their own bed from awake and night weaning, together with a bedtime routine… pjs, milk, teeth, book and bed.

Thank you. I've always fed him to sleep though. We have a bedtime routine. I do try to get him to sleep from awake but he just keeps getting up and stands in the cot. 😑
