My 5 yr old daughter has occasional night terrors and i was wondering if anyone's on here do also?
She has her eyes wide open, stares in terror as if not seeing me and is usually screaming for me or at me as if I am in some sort of danger!?!
This happens occasionally and luckily she remembers nothing straight after. Have been looking it up on the net which is where i found the name night terrors as opposed to nightmare.
These started for my daughter at age 5.
Have made notes of the nights it happens on but cannot see any link.
Any advice from fellow sufferers?
