Little boys sleep

Looking for some advice on my nearly 2 year olds sleep.
So we don't have any strict routine, mainly because I work and he stays with his nans or his dad whilst I work and his nap time varies from like a 20 minute car nap to 2 hours in the house when they have him, he also gets up very early he always has between 4:30-5:30am so he is ready for a nap quite early in the morning, so today he was up at 4:30 and fell asleep at 8:30am for 2 hours and then he was awake until 6 whilst he was with my mum.
For a few months now he has been having tantrums which I know is completely normal for his age but he is having the worst tantrums before bed and during his night time sleep too so he is constantly exhausted!
I don't know what I am doing wrong but I can't cope with the lack of sleep anymore and then getting up at 4:30am I work and I'm finding it very difficult, I also have a 5 year old who is in school and he keeps him awake during the night screaming we can't carry on like this as a family and I need to make a change but I'm not sure what to do or were to start 😫

Try to establish a routine and get everyone who is involved in caring for him whilst you work, on board with the schedule. Sounds like he could sleep later and maybe drop the morning nap.
