Confused about bedding for a 14 month old

My 14m DD is moving into a cot out of my bedroom as she's ready for it I feel, sleeps through most nights and hopefully I'll get a better nights sleep too (currently Co-sleep)
I'm really confused about the bedding options, I don't want to try a duvet yet and she's never taken to sleep bags etc.
I get the whole flat form mattress and no soft toys/bumper/pillow etc advice, but I've also seen no blankets either?
I'm confused!
Obviously in this heat she will likely not need anything but in a few weeks I'm sure she will. She moves around all night so I can't see a tightly tucked in sheet/blanket working?

I used blankets but I think if you want to avoid then sleeping bags is your only real option (of which there are lots of types to try.)

What do you currently use? As she's over a year a thin quilt would be OK, but if you're more comfortable with a blanket that's fine to. Tuck it at the bottom so it can't be pulled up over her face

I think sleeping bags are great, you don’t have to worry about them getting tangled or coming off.
