Bed rail for cot bed - recommendations?

Moving dd to her bed soon - bed bit of cot bed and was looking for some recommendations on a safety rail suitable for a cotbed? Also a book which explains the move from cot bed to bed (for a toddler).

if it's a mothercare cot bed they have a rail that specifically fits them.
