Disappointed by Grobag quality

The colour of the bright spots has run into the white background where DD has slobbered or been sick, around the neck. Anyone else had the same problem? I intend complaining to them about it.

Certainly complain as they are usually very good quaility so I'm sure they would like to know so they can see what has gone wrong.

Can I just say their customer services dept is excellent - they are going to post a replacement, pay for me to return the faulty one, and then send me a second (non-faulty) one of the design I've returned. Refreshing to encounter such good service!

That's really good news, I'm sure they don't get many complaints so aren't fed up when they do and are grateful to be able to help!
