So if both babies under 2 are sleeping, why am I NOT?

DC1 is in bed by 6pm and out til morning. DC2 is asleep by 8 or 9pm and again out til morning. No more night feeds.

But

I wake every night around 1 or 2 am, usually dragged from the depths of a dream, so I'm assuming I've woken due to a noise (heating pipes, husband snoring, baby grunting). I go to the loo, which isn't far - and get back to bed.
Normally (pre-babies, and between babies) I'd go back to sleep but these past few weeks I've been tossing and turning til about 4am. I'm exhausted.
And if I lay on my front which I used to find the most comfortable way to sleep, I wake up 45 mins later with a numb chin and a crook in my neck.

Any suggestions?

try going to bed an hour later and see if you sleep through a bit better?
