I need some advice
so my 11 month old does not sleep, ever. Ever since she’s been around 4 months she wakes up at 4am (or before) every night and is either hysterical or hyper. She also wakes herself up because when she does sleep she thrashes around to the point she hurts herself
i keep her bed time at 9am and wake up is 8:30am (bed time can’t be earlier, I’m a single mom and don’t finish work until 8pm).
she doesn’t nap either, or at least not for long.
ive tried everything possible I can think of and in desperate need of some advice :,)
