Totally up to you which one you want to introduce. Neither is likely to magically just work, sleep associations take time to build. We have Ollie the Owl and I was too lazy to stick with it so it’s barely been used ever and my baby is 15 months now, we bought it before he was born. Whatever you end up having you need to be consistent with it.
