7 month old won't sleep help!

She's always been a brilliant sleeper and in a really good routine.
Never woke up through the night if she did was on the odd occasion.
All of a sudden she's just stopped sleeping, she's knackered but refusing to nap, then bedtime she's a nightmare! She wont go to sleep and if she gets to sleep at bedtime she'll be up multiple times through the night.
She's not crying she's just making noises and rolling and just being happy and smiley so it's not too bad but please HELP what can I do.

Might sound counterintuitive but maybe she needs less help from you to sleep? If she's not crying then leave her to it and see if she settles? How does she get to sleep in the first place!

That's the thing In the daytime I do try get her to sleep but in the night I'll put her in her cot and leave her to it. Same goes with when she wakes up through the night but she just don't settle anymore! It can take up to 2/3 hours for her to get back to sleep and I really can't deal with the sleepless nights anymore it's driving me crazy😩 I have other kids so im really struggling atm with the lack of sleep

Is she in her own room? Turn the baby monitor off but leave the doors open - then her being awake might not disturb you but if she's upset and crying you will still hear her.
