My 15 month old has been in his own bed and room since a few weeks before his 1st birthday. He very quickly slept through after that, but he's never gone a night without crying in his cot before eventually settling down. It can be a couple of minutes up to 30 minutes and if I go in there to try and sit with him or comfort him he screams more and gets more worked up. It seems to have got worse recently and he's really screaming as opposed to just crying. I'm due my second in January and dreading bedtime if he still won't settle well at night. Any advice?
