7-8 month Sleep regression?

Hi,

My baby is 33 weeks and is exclusively BF and has always been a good sleeper. She wakes up 1-2 times in the night since she was 2 months and goes back to sleep. Obviously we have the odd few nights here and there but generally wakes up for a feed with eyes closed and her first stretch is normally 5-6 hours. She never really naps much in the day with 3 half an hour naps but she seems happy and v playful. I used to drive myself bad with wake windows but she sleeps 11-12 hours at night so I just follow her cues.
However, for the past month I’d say there’s so much frequent waking where she’s screaming. And her eyes are closed and wants to go back to sleep & is not hungry. I put her on Cus she’s wailing to calm her and then she comes off and I have to pat her for 30-40 mins. She normally sleeps in her bedside crib but when she’s wailing I have to move her to the bed and pat her. She goes stiff and sits up and is crying. I’ll manage to side boob and pat and put her to sleep but she’ll do it again l. This happens multiple times in the night. She is bunny hopping and almost there with the crawling, holding on to furniture and trying to get up so I know a lot of growth is happening right now but I just want to help her and myself!
A lot of the sleep regression threads talk about cutting down on naps in the day so they sleep more in the night but she only naps 3 x 30-40mins after a lot of play and are at good times, I generally just follow her cues and it seems to work.. want her to sleep better before I go back to work…any help?
