Longest nap timing

Hi,

my 5 month old is on a loose nap schedule of 3 naps a day. 9, 12/1 and 4 ish. One of these will be a long nap, recently she’s preferred sleeping longer for the first nap. When do people generally do the longest nap, morning or afternoon?

Thanks

My baby usually takes a nap after eating, usually morning, noon, afternoon and evening. geometry dash wave

I am an old hag and Gina Ford ( she who must not be names) was our bible- longest nap at lunchtime, wake them after 30 minutes in the morning. To be fair DS had a lovely schedule of 1.5 hours at 9:30 and 1.5 hours at 2.30 for ages between 4 and 10 months, before going over to one long lunchrime nap.
