Are these night terrors?

My DD is 3 next month and this week since Wednesday she has been having what I feel might be night terrors Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday after a daytime nap (which she never normally has but was just beyond exhausted we gave her one) and tonight.

She wakes and quickly starts to cry, eyes wide open, screams, frantic, seems like she doesn’t recognise me, cries out for mummy or daddy or both, gets up and walks or crawls around, doesn’t seem to realise me and DH are there initially but then seems to converse more with us then will calm down after around 10 minutes and she will be awake by this point but will go back to sleep relatively easily. She’s also started to wake a bit more in the night too but these are normal groggy wakes, sometimes a cry but she’s just sleepy in bed and often goes back to sleep fine. She was really emotional after she woke from her nap and took about half an hour to get to calm down.

She has had a few changes recently, her baby sister was born almost 5 months ago, we changed her nursery to a smaller one as her previous nursery wanted to move her into a preschool room of 50 kids at 2 and a half just after her sister was born (no thank you) and she dropped her nap about 4 months ago but was going to bed earlier and sleeping through mostly from 6.30-4.30. We bedshare and her sister is next to me in a snuzpod and we did talk about if she wanted her own room etc and about moving her sister into her own room as they have been disturbing each other in the night and it was either that night or the night after that these started. So I suppose anything could be causing this I’m also just curious to see if anyone has ever gone to the doctors about it as I’ve done some googling and most sites say that if they’re happening almost every night to go to a doctor? What would they even suggest? Would it be a waste of time or can they actually help? TIA!
