Dropped night feed/worse sleep

Hi everyone my LO is 14 weeks and just started to drop one of his night feeds meaning he now goes from around 8-3/4 in the morning without a feed and then from 3/4 - 8. This has been amazing and gives me confidence his sleep will hopefully start to settle. However at the moment he has been waking up several times, some nights every hour some nights several times within one hour. This isn’t down to hunger as it will happen straight after a feed and shows no sign of rooting (he is FF). He has reflux but it hasn’t affected his weight gain and I don’t know whether it is causing him problems at night or not. However I am concerned that he just isn’t getting any chunks of even 2 hours in at night. He has previously had the odd night where he has gone 3/4/5 hour chunks without waking me up.

ill add that we have just started omeprazole for reflux as we thought it may be that that is keeping him up but so far it has worsened things

anyone been in a similar situation? I’m not sure it’s ‘normal’ for a baby to wake several times within an hour and I’m just not getting any sleep at all. Any advice would be really appreciated!
