14 month old waking up at 5:30 no matter what

Hello everyone, I was wondering if you might have some tips on how to help my 14 month old sleep a bit longer in the morning.

We were on holiday (time there was 2h ahead of UK) for 10 days and whilst we were there her sleep schedule was great, she managed to do 1 nap (2-2.5h) and night sleep was 7-7,8-7.30 etc

However now that we're back home she is waking up at 5:30, obviously because of that we have to do 2 naps. For example yesterday the day went like this:

Wake up 5:30
First nap 9:40-10:40
Second nap 3-4
Bedtime 8:30ish
Wake up 5:30

I put her to sleep when she's visibly tired

Day before it was similar. At least she's in a routine I guess 🤦

I know that her second nap is a bit too late and ideally, like on holiday, I'd want her to nap till 3 and then bedtime would be 8

So if anyone has any suggestions on how to tweak the day, I would really appreciate it!

Is there anyway you could try and make the first nap a bit later? That might mean she sleeps a bit longer so only needs the one nap. Although I'll be honest I have no tips on the waking early I have an 18mo who loves a 5:30 start! I do find the longer nap she's had in the day though the later she will get up- she had 2.5hrs yesterday at about 12ish and didn't get up until 6:30 this morning- goes to bed around 8:30

We found dropping to one nap was what made the difference. Stopped the night waking too, so he started sleeping through and sleeping in a bit longer. Sometimes we still have the odd half 5 start, but they're not too frequent and mostly he's up after 6.30ish now.
