Hi
My ds is 20 months and has started to wake up at 4am for some reason. He normally wakes between 530 to 6am which is fine. His room is dark from black out curtains, he has milk b4 bed which and he has been great on his routine bath,milk,bed. He won't go back to sleep unless he's holding me. I've slept on floor by his bed and held him on sofa.
Any advice please??????
