Just wondered if anyones three years old wakes really early?we are on 5-5.30 for weeks and I'm so tired. She's four in 9 weeks. Always early riser 6-6.39, 6.45 if we are really lucky, but recently it's even earlier. Blackout blinds, gro clock, earlier or later bedtimes make no difference. She hasn't napped in day since 18 months, dropped her second nap at 6 months. She wakes up full of beans. Bed time 7.30, sleeping by 8ish.
Husband says she's just an early riser, I disagree as she gets up around 6.30-6.45 in winter. Is this a phase or is she just like this as I'm tired and miserable. I'm telling my husband to be firmer with the gro clock but she's so loud she clumps around and wakes us all anyway and then I'm ratty, dread work etc.
Yes I know it could be worse!

I'd suggest a consistently later bedtime. Bed no earlier than 8.30pm to aim to be asleep by 9pm

It'll take time to shift her body clock. 3 weeks you will likely see no change in wake up, but stay consistent. 3 more weeks should start seeing a change in wake time.
