My girl (4) simply CANNOT fall asleep at a reasonable time. She will finally fall asleep around 10:30pm most nights, and occasionally make up for it maybe 1 night in 7 where she’ll be asleep before 8. We have the normal bedtime routine stuff, have tried putting her to bed earlier, later, let her play quietly by herself, toniebox, being in the room with her… nothing works. Her melatonin just doesn’t seem to kick in at the right time. We wake her up around 7/7:30 - appreciate we probably should wake her earlier but it’s difficult as doing so makes her incredibly stroppy! She has always been a night owl but it’s snowballed out of control. How can I get her body clock back on track?!
