Was sleeping through...but no more!

Hi

Our lo slept through from 5 weeks (minor miracle!)

She's just turned 7 months and for last week or so has been waking up around 4am - 5am and not settling back to sleep. We have been weaning for 6 weeks and she has 3 small meals a day plus 4 BFs. She has either 2 or 3 naps a day and always goes to sleep well at 7pm.

Not sure what is going on, she doesn't wake up crying or in pain so dont think it's teething. She also doesn't wake hungry and quite happily waits until 7am for first feed.

Is it the solids making her wake? Will never be smug about her sleeping through again

sounds like she's simply had enough by the time she wakes up.

Don't know what you can do about it.

I would say she's mucking about - I would try one of the sleep methods, although if wide awake I suspect a form of controlled crying might be your only solution. Good luckxx
