Is there a 10/11 month sleep regression?

DD is 10.5 months (will be 11 months on Saturday). She's never been a baby who slept through the night, but from around 7/8 months she's only been waking once around 1.30am for a quick feed then back to sleep. However, the past few nights things have changed.
She goes to bed between 7 and 7.30pm and she'll sleep solidly until about 11/11.30, then wake for a feed. She'll then start crying at around 1.30am, but isn't properly awake, so we've been giving her water (told to do so by HV). She'll then do the same around 3/3.30am. At this point I've been putting her in bed with me as she'll normally sleep really well next to me. But the past few nights she's still waking/crying what feels like every half an hour or so (not actually sure, just feels a lot!) So I'll give her a cuddle and a kiss and she'll go back off for so long, but she's crying again.
When she wakes up in the morning there's no tears, she always wakes up really happy and starts babbling and pointing at every picture in the room as soon as she sits up 😅 I don't think she's getting a very restful sleep though, she has bags under her eyes and her first nap time is coming around earlier for her.
I know it could potentially be teething too, I just wondered if there was a regression at this stage. Thank you 😊
