Hi- just after some advise :)

My son will be 2 in July and has recently decided 5am is his new time to wake for the day but also still wakes anytime between 11-12:30 for around 30 mins winging/crying.

He naps for 1.5 hours in the day at home but can be around 1 hour if he's with the childminder or my mum.

He eats 3 solid meals a day and then has multiple snacks in between, we have a bed routine of tea, a little bit of play, bath then bed for 7-7:30.

Is his bedtime to early? Or to late? Am I letting him have to much day time sleep? When he wakes at 5am he cries as wants to get out of bed, I do bring him in with me but never goes back to sleep, instead trashes my bedroom lol 🙃.

I get some kids are just not that great at sleeping, but he used to be before he turned 1 🤦🏻‍♀️. I wouldn't mind so much if he actually sleep through but he doesn't. So I'm roughly getting about 4.5 hours of sleep every night. I don't have an option of putting myself to bed earlier as I'm a carer in the community so don't get in till 10-10:30.

Any advise is so appreciated, thank you x
