7 month old sleeping issues.

My 7 month old daughter has previously been a great sleeper but the last 2/3 weeks have been a nightmare.

We put her in her own room at 6 months and she was fine, sleeping 12 hours and waking up happy and then suddenly that changed.

It started off with a real battle every bedtime, if she knew she was going to bed she would get distraught. The best course of action is to feed her to sleep and put her in her cot fast asleep (we've tried drowsy but awake, fully awake but she just screams)

She goes to sleep ok now as above but we have wake ups in the night now and she's nearly impossible to settle, twice now it has taken us 3 hours. Bottle, nappy, cuddle, dummy repeat until she falls asleep. I've tried leaving her, I've tried not touching her and just being by the side of her cot. She's tired (rubbing eyes, closing them) but she will not give in and gets worked up to the point of hysterics. The longest I've left her to it is 20 minutes and there was no sign of stopping!

She's never been a great napper in the day, 3 short naps usually but she's stared fighting those as well. I can manage to get her to have a long morning nap and a short afternoon one by taking her for a walk.

I'm not sure why she's waking up in the first place and why she won't settle, if anyone has experienced the same or has any suggestions it would be so helpful.

She has cut her first tooth a week ago but I'm not sure that's the problem, she doesn't seem at all bothered during the day. She's not drooling or chewing on things more than normal.

Is this a separation anxiety phase? sleep regression? Help 😅 I'm going through a bit of anxiety myself and this really isn't helping.
