2mo micro naps - please help!

What do you do about a baby who doesn't nap for long enough? My 2mo has started waking from naps at 30mins max (can be as little as 5mins) but is obviously still tired and very grumpy. (This includes contact, sling and car naps.) She then seems to have a very short wake window before she gets grizzly and ready to sleep again.

She's a delight in the morning and then gets more and more fussy as the day goes on, I believe because she's getting overtired.

Any advice? Should I try to get her back to sleep right away when she wakes to avoid overtiredness, or better to try to keep her awake for an hour or so to build up more sleep pressure and hope her next nap is longer? I'm so confused and spending my whole day stressing about her sleep :(

It's a long time since my DD was a baby, but 2 months is still very little and I'm pretty sure we hadn't established a predictable routine yet.
If you can, I would try not to worry too much. Some babies are just very alert and struggle to sleep because they're interested in everything around them.
A bit of grizzling/grumpy is fine. Baby won't be happy all the time. They are beginning to learn to self soothe and perversely for many babies, a little bit of grizzling is part of that. Which isn't the same as proper crying - which is calling for your attention.
Keep doing what you're doing. Create some calmer quiet time when you think she's sleepy but refusing to actually go to sleep. Be outside as much as you can during the day.
Look up sleep regressions too so they don't take you by surprise.
Babies keep changing - once you think you've nailed it they change!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply @Beamur 😊 it's just really difficult when I know she needs to sleep but she wakes so quickly and cries because she's still tired 😩 I'm hoping she'll become a bit of a deeper sleeper as she gets older? 🙏
