Has anyone tried Taurine for insomnia? If so how do you find it?

Isn’t taurine the ingredient in red bull that ‘gives you wings’? 😳

I don’t know anything about Red Bull but I’m trying Taurine for sleep. I’ve slept really well now for two nights taking it.

It’s not the really bad stuff in red bull, it’s there to balance out the stimulant effects of caffeine and high sugar as a nervous system depressant. It’s also relatively safe and water soluble, so doesn’t stay in your system for very long.

No, I’ve not tried it but I can believe how it might work.

Is that kinda like how ritalin calms ADHD but hypes up non ADHD sufferers?
