Sleep time anxiety.

I'm a legit nightmare at night, have a fear of SIDS as it's got history in my family years and years ago. When I say fear. I mean terror.

I spent the first few months of my babies life awake and staring at the monitor and at her when she was next to me. She's not 8mo and I've relaxed a lot, getting much more sleep.

But today has been warm; warmer than usual. She has a 1.5 tog sleep bag which I've been told is perfect for all year round British weather.

I've put her in her short sleeve vest and thin pj bottoms with her sleep bag and I'm worried she's gonna be too cold or too hot. Partner thinks I've lost the plot.

Have I? Is what I've put her in safe? Her room is warmer than usual but not a sauna, someone just tell me I'm being a huge tit and calm down 😂😂

Where are you in the country? It sounds a bit warm to me. In London I think it’s sleep in nappy and a sleeveless top weather with 0.5 tog.

BUT: I don’t think there’s any real risk at this point (or anything but a sweaty baby). You’ve made it to 6 months.
