4 month old catnaps

Hello, I hope someone can help me on here.

My little girl is 4 months old and sleeps amazing at night, will go to bed at 7pm, wake for a 12am feed and then back down until 6am for the first morning feed and then naps till about 7.45am, (we do have days where this doesn’t go to plan but more better days then bad) However for the rest of the day the maximum nap time I can get out of her is about 30 minutes and then she’s wide awake and chatting away.
obviously when I google these things I’m being told my baby is either overtired or not tired enough.
Could it just be that I have a baby that doesn’t need that much nap time?

Thank you

Emma

My baby is also 4 months. She usually sleeps 8:30-6 ish maybe 7 each night. I've started putting her down in her cot, wearing her sleep bag in a dark room after her lunchtime bottle every day. To start with she would cry for a bit then fall asleep but now she knows her sleep bag means she sleeps. I get a good 2-3hr nap from her every lunch time now
