What do I do about co-sleeping when baby no.2 comes along?

I know the obvious answer is to get ds into his own bed but his own bed is in his room, which is where we have a changing unit. Ideally that's where we would change newborn during night time etc.
It just seems to me that what ever arrangement we have ds1 will get disturbed during the night... How do we avoid this? Anyone had exeprience of this?

I suppose most will tell you to get him into his own bed and change/feed the baby in your room. Personally we are pretty relaxed and DD1 sleeps in our bed a lot of the time. DD2 is 5mnths and also in our room (in crib by bed) Oddly, DD1 is never woken by the baby and carries on snoring, much like DH...
