Hi all!

so username says it all really but just after some advice

My baby is 8.5 months and used to be a really good sleeper. Is now waking up once or twice in the night in his cot so nothing too horrific but recently has been napping a lot during the day. Today he has done 11-1400pm and now has had a sleep from 4:45pm and probably won’t wake until 18.00pm - I would usually try and avoid naps before 15:30pm but sometimes it’s unavoidable!

so my question is.. is he napping too much?? Should I wake him?! I think he’s teething at the moment and recently had his 2 teeth come through. Do babies usually have a growth spurt at this age?!

tia !!

Could be a growth spurt or could be be poorly?

My 7 month old is having a danger nap but it’s either this or deal with him crying for 2 hours before bed…

I did actually think about him being poorly because his throat sounds a bit croaky to be honest but no temperature etc and no crying and v happy when awake!
