How much daytime sleep does your 7 month old have?

And what times do they sleep and what time do they get up and go to bed?

DD2 was sleeping an hour in the morning 9am and then 1-2 hours after lunch 12.30-2.30 and then sometimes a nap at 4.30 but now the lunchtime one seems to only last an hr and she has a longer sleep in the afternoon, resulting in goin to bed later than 7pm or getting up before 6am. Just interested to see what others are doing.

My DD is slightly older at 8 months and sleeps 7pm - 7am and then around 30-45 minutes about 8.30am and then a full 2 hours at lunchtime 12-2pm. She occasionally has 15-20 minutes late afternoon but I don't encourage this nap - ie I don't lay her down.

Has the change in sleeping coincided with weaning?

he's only just 7mo

a short nap at 9ish (maybe 30 mins)

a long one after lunch - 1.5 to 2 hours

DS is 7 months. He sleeps roughly 6:30-6:30 at night.

30-45 mins around 9:30am
45 mins around 12:30
45 mins around 3:30

Having said that he is still asleep from his lunch time nap now?????? very unheard of!

Mine's 8 months and does 8ish to 7ish at night, then an hour around 9 or 9:30, then a couple of hours at 1. Sometimes he does a long one in the morning and a shorter one mid-afternoon.
