What should baby wear in bed in this heat?

looking for some advice. Baby is 4 months. When he was newborn he slept in a 1 tog love to dream swaddle with a sleepsuit and vest on and was fine as was colder months

i don’t know what to put him in now and keep buying things! I have just bought the medium love to dream swaddle in a 0.2 tog but not used yet

last night He slept in a short sleeve bodysuit and the love to dream swaddle 1tog.

problem is our house is all open plan and the heat rises so our room is consistently warm approx 23 degrees but drops a little over night. I have also covered all windows up in temp blackout blinds so now can’t open them but I am looking to buy one of those Dyson fans. Also I like the love to dreams as hold his arms a bit, always scratching his face and knocking dummy out so they help a bit but I know he will be rolling soon so arms will need to be out

next have a sleeping bag at 0.5tog with arms out, what would he wear underneath though?

Think tonight I'm gonna just use a short sleeve vest and pyjama bottoms and skip the sleep sack. My boys almost 10months though.

I think you might want to rethink ventilation for when it actually gets warm- it's cool- around 9/10 degrees overnight at the moment. You'll need opening windows for summer- a fan will just move the hot air around.
Your option from last night sounds fine to me.

But it's not even slightly a "in this heat " situation at the moment.

Don't you remember it being 35deg last year for ages. It's barely over 20 !!

Help - all advice online says baby in a 21
degree room should be in a vest, baby grow/sleep suit and 1 tog sleeping bag but I worry this is too much and my baby will overheat.

Does anyone have advice for a paranoid Mama?

@FrankieAlicia I agree, I always think surely this is too much?! I usually will dress them how I am dressed, if I sleep under the duvet, I put a sleep suit on him. If it's really hot and the covers are too much, I leave him in a vest and shorts
