Help - is this a sleep regression?! 14 weeks

Hi

my boy is 14 weeks, not sure whether this matters he was 2 weeks overdue so not sure whether there’s an adjusted age for overdue babies like there is early babies.

always been a good overnight sleeper. Previously going to bed about 9pm with a feed and would sleep til 4/5am which I feed (he is formula fed) then goes back to sleep. Normally woke around 7am. This last bit of sleep sometimes it was very active and sometimes not. Active as in kicking legs and hitting against mattress but I could put dummy in and he would settle somewhat.

when he goes to sleep at beginning of night, dummy comes out when he’s in a deep sleep so doesn’t have all night and not been a problem.

this week his sleep has changed. Last night slamming legs and fidgeting started around 12pm, woke at 1am, I fed him and he wouldn’t go back to sleep. Finally did at 2.15am no dummy, slept til 5.50am then wide awake. Slamming legs down onto mattress and wouldn’t go back to sleep. All week waking before 6am, all throughout the night fidgeting and kicking slamming legs just really unsettled and I can’t sleep through the racket!

what is going on?! Help please

baby's sleep patterns change a lot before 6 months ,they go through growth spurts.Their appetites change sometimes they want more or less ,may be extra hungry for the next week.

or try a vibrate chair that helped one of mine its a matter of trial and error to see what works for your baby
