I wondered if anyone else felt the same as me..I think I am quite alone with this.
My dd are 7 and almost 2 in a few weeks.
On the whole good sleepers. 2 year old does wake briefly some nights 1-5 times but it's more of a cry out which wakes.me rather than needing me but as we share a room still and live in a two bed flat it wakes me.
7 year old has phases of midnight night terrors sometimes. She cries and sits up but won't respond to me at all. She never remembers it. Lasts 5-20 minutes.
But I have this deep fear of just getting zero sleep every night and I mean zero. I'm not worried about only getting 5-6 hours . I imagine myself In a scenario where we won't sleep ever again.
I work shifts 1-8 pm and 2-9pm Tuesday to Friday and DP works Saturday Sunday and Monday shifts .
Monday is the day I worry about the most because I know if I have a bad night I'll be going to work on no sleep .
