Hi all ..
looking for advice Recently my little girl had been waking 3:4 times a night screaming she doesn't want to be in her bed or she's lost a toy or needs tucked in ...
she's never been like this always slept really well and nothing has changed in routine except 3/4 months ago the dummy went ...

but for weeks after she was fine ..

looking for advice if anyone else had had this and what to do I've told her unless it's the toilet she doesn't cry she shouts mum or dad ... but works once in a blue moon ..

im shattered
thanks

Is it possibly night terrors? Does she settle back down quickly?

Following. DD is the same age but has been sleeping terribly for the past 6 months. She woke up 4 times last night and I am exhausted and grumpy and no idea how to fix it. Feels like it will never end!

Some times I think it could be night terrors as she wakes and says she doesn't know what's wrong ,
she's also constipated as she's a poo with holder but it's been going on longer than that ...
some times it's because she's lost her blanket or she's lot her teddy so it's like attention too ... I would let her " cry it out "
so to speak but I do 2 night shifts a week so it's impossible to get a good run at that because her dads a big softie !
@Mamabear04 oh no 😳 that's a shame ! Sleep is literally everything

hoping this is a phase ... anyone else ?
