What would you change...?

About this routine?

DS2 is 3 months old this week and I really would love to have him start going to bed a bit earlier. At the moment, I go up to bed for the night with him. Would love to be able to put him to bed and have a bit of time in the evenings with DH. But having said this, the routine that we have at the moment is kinda working so I'm not sure if we should just roll with it..

Here's a typical day:
7.15am - wake up and breastfeeds for around 20 mins
8.30am - first nap in the pram whilst we walk DS1 to preschool. Usually stays asleep until next feed.
10.30am - 6/7oz bottle of formula
12.15pm - Nap usually in the sling whilst I'm doing bits around the house
1.50pm - 6/7oz bottle of formula
2.30pm - we go for a walk to collect DS2 from preschool. Usually stays awake for this walk.
3.45ish - another sling nap
5.30pm - 6/7oz bottle of formula
7.00pm - Nap either in the sling or being held
9.30pm - 6/7oz bottle of formula (this is the bottle where we go upstairs in a dimly lit room with white noise).

He's usually asleep between 10-11pm. Sleeps through very well until around 5am(ish) then he stirs. Easily settled with a dummy and cuddle. Only ever feed him if he's very unsettled which isn't often. Any night feeds offered are breastfeeds.

He has either pram or sling naps as if I tried to put him down, he will only sleep 30 minutes.
I also don't bath him every day.

Would you stick with this routine?
What could I do to try and make bedtime earlier?

Any help and advice would be much appreciated!
(Also very grateful that we get such a great sleep overnight so not sure I should even rock the boat 😂)

Could you take him up at 7pm and feed him and put him down, try to build a bit of a bedtime routine around this i.e bath, bottle and bed. If he wakes up at 9.30 then just feed him again or try a dream feed.

@itsmschanandlerbong I was thinking this but then again 7pm seems very early, we're a pretty late household generally and whilst I'd like an earlier bedtime I just don't think 7pm would work! I remember doing this with DS1 and I would spend allllll evening, every evening trying so hard to get him down to bed for 7ish as I thought it was the "right" thing to do. Vowed I would be doing that this time 😂

Even a bedtime of 8-8.30pm I would be happier with, 9 even!! But just not sure how to go about it without tweaking feeds etc. at the moment, feeds are based largely around when we have to be out of the house to collect DS1.

Personally, I don't think it's too early to include him in ds1's bedtime routine. The earlier you start it the better.
