DS sleep schedule driving me nuts

I'll try and make this not too long but I know I must be doing something wrong. I just have no idea where to start to make it better.

We lightly started sleeping training my DS 2 weeks ago when he hit 4 months as we had been having a rough few weeks prior which we put down to the regression. Within a few days his sleep dramatically improved. Going down about 8/8:30pm, feeding at 3:30/4am then up at 8ish. However, the last few nights have been a bit of a disaster and I don't know where to start.

He has started waking up much more during the night looking for his dummy and is now also taking a feed at 1am. Last night alone our camera said he went into him 14 times. He will wake up at 5:30/6am and I bring him next to me because I need sleep. He sleeps on and off with the occasional cry and wriggle until wake time which is now between 9 and 10am. I was trying to extend his last wake window but he is falling asleep on the bottle by 7:30pm and goes down shortly after.

He is usually getting about 3 hours of daytime sleep split into 3 naps which has been a struggle to get him there as he is a serial nap fighter. It's unfair on him if it's something I'm doing wrong as it's impacting his mood during the day but I just have no idea where to start with this. Is it too much sleep? To little? Later bedtime? I don't want to wake him in the morning as he must need the sleep but he just seems very off!

Just have to ride it out, still very young so sleep won’t be linear. Look at wake windows for naps so that he isn’t too tired when it’s nap time.
